A message from Ernie:

At first glance, one would think the Fourth of July came three months early at Clover Leaf. Actually, the red, white and blue ribbons mark our new permanent 3-D course using salvaged 3-D targets. Messrs. Sattler and Markellos have set up (and will maintain) this course using repaired animals that are not suitable for paid shoots.

Starting at the tree stand, one travels across the power line, follows the old road, over the foot bridge to the bluff, down to the bottom again, back to the power line and then along the edge of the meadow toward the starting point.

Currently there are about a dozen targets set out, but the number will vary as other animals are culled from our inventory. The vitals of these critters are pretty well shot-up, but always remember: on a free course all hits are “10s”!!
